So, on the main topic, before someone replies "scarves are 0 AC because their egos are more powerful than cloak egos":
* guardian spirit should stay on hats and amulets only.
* Rmsl is (in trunk) only available from Qaz and scarves. So just make the cloak version weak enough that it's balanced on a +2 cloak with base AC 1. And Qaz can give Dmsl.
* resistance cloak can be balanced by being super rare.
* rC cloak is fine, before trunk you still got it in ice caves and the main use was making FDA more attractive (spoiler: FDA is a decent choice even if you don't have an rC source)
