Things that jump out at me at first glance:

Stop training spellcasting for like, the rest of the game, or nearly all of it.

Train a lot more fighting and dodging, lest you get squashed like a pancake by the first monster that gets into melee range. Support this plan by putting some points into Dex.

Be very careful about running around with rF-. There are powerful monsters in this game with access to fire attacks, and as fragile as you are you can easily get oneshot by, say, a player ghost with fireball.

Okay. I'm at 10 dodging now, do you figure that's enough for late Dungeon?

I've got plenty of spell power even without my ring of ice, so I'm using the ring of protection from cold now. Might as well wear it.

I'm trying to get BoF hungerless. That's why I have such high Sp. I heard somebody say that you shouldn't celebrate when you've learnt a spell and can reliably use it, but rather when you've gotten it to hungerless and can thus spam it.

That person is wrong, you shouldn't bother trying to get spells to hungerless. High hunger can be annoying, but even that is rarely a huge consideration-getting a spell from low hunger to hungerless is meaningless.

Train spellcasting for more max MP and spell slots, not hunger. If you have enough of those two things, don't train spellcasting.

Being hungerless doesn't matter on any non-spriggan. Now if it was a high level (7+) spell and you were burning your permafood quickly, reducing it SOME is important; but not all the way to zero.

I will, however, disagree with the spellcasting point. If you're playing Sif Muna, a large part of your motivation is going to be using or simply trying out spells from many different schools. Spellcasting is great in this regard because Sif Muna is going to give you the other resources to do exactly that. You are playing a deep elf, so you should have plenty of experience to go around. That being said, 16 is enough for now. After you get your defenses online, start getting your heavy hitter spells castable by training their actual schools. The only real unfortunate shortcoming is that transmutations is sadly limited thanks to requiring UC.

Note that Sif weights books based on your skills, so putting a few points in Charms to get Haste in a gift book is an option, but that is a later consideration and is by no means guaranteed. I wouldn't even suggest it were it not trivial for a DE and you shouldn't bother before you get defenses.

I play Spriggan with Sif Muna and greatly enjoy the oodles of exp I get to try out many different spell schools and combine cool spells together. DE has no aptitude issues when it comes to spells, unlike Sp, but it is a weaker race (though less liable to get one-shot thanks to 80% vs 60% HP), so it's important not to shoot yourself in the foot.

That's good fun and a phase to go through at some point in your crawl career to learn about spells. It lowers survival chances as you skill sub-optimally but that's part of the learning experience. Once you have an understanding of the spells, then (on a future Sif worshipper) you can think about efficient crossovers.
