Cure Rot with Heal Wounds or Curing?

I am rotted by 6 points from mummy death curses. Should I cure that with curing potions or heal wounds potions? I have 4 potions of heal wounds and 38 potions of curing.

Curing, if it wasn't obvious enough. I believe one potion would do the job.

That is not my experience. On the other hand, even if it were so, the answer would still be "curing" because heal wounds is more useful than curing in general (though you wanna have a bit of both, of course).

Curing and heal wounds got buffed significantly in terms of dealing with rot over the past two years. There's no way curing would restore only 1 max HP these days. If i understand the learndb correctly, those potions restore as much of the rotten health as they would restore regular HP.
