Remove Norris from spawnlist in Arena Sprint

Currently Thunderdome is unplayable in trunk, because at some point the game eventually tries to spawn Norris, a unique that was removed from the game not too long ago. This results in an endless loop of lua errors, and the player is forced to ctrl+q the game.

Personally I liked Norris better than Rupert, would rather have had Rupert removed

Extended proposal: Also start actually maintaining the sprints instead of going "oh wait they're broken?" every six months.
