Fwiw I disagree, you can play rpgs anywhere, I have a group of friends that run a rpg convention at burning man.

is this 5e because 5e warlock is pretty radical, pact of the tome fiend patron, and you can just EB all day every day

alternatively there's the completely ridiculous polearm melee bladelock build which is basically just "if you like the gish check this ish" that's pretty banana bonkers

In general I think warlock is cool and flavourful and well designed. I run a strictly suboptimal dex blade Halfling warlock and I have a lot of fun with him

haha, it's 3.5.
still pretty bonkers. I had a whooping +21 at bluff and intimidate. when I crit, even my own party gets shaken for the combat. word of destruction is awesome too, breaking objects every day, all day, no limit. surprisingly versatile.
I can't wait until 5.0 gets released in Portuguese though, so I can play with my non-english speaker friends.

3.5 is pretty good if you like spending an entire session making characters (it so happens I do but the accessibility is fairly limited)

but yeah 5e really just improves on the 3.5 mold, it's a gorgeous thing

one time when i was like 16 i went to the beach with my friends to watch the city fireworks and there were like 25,000 people there which is remarkable since the town only has a population of 2,200, anyway one of my friends brought a big purple dildo for some reason and i brought a diet coca-cola can from germany and my friends bought some fireworks and stuffed them into the can and lit them and melted the can and this story doesn't really have a climax but i got slapped in the face with a dildo
