I'm not sure my mind goes to "lady in red" for unarmed combat, but hey, anything that causes more people to embrace the glory of unarmed is fine by me. "Kung Fu Fighting" might be more directly unarmed style.

Although for general crawl music play I'd recommend focusing on the mortality aspect - the goal of crawl is to never die, after all. So any song about mortality fits well. I'd recommend Ra - On My Side, even though it does have a bit of an 'accepting death gracefully' aspect to it. I suppose when you inevitably screw up, that's helpful. If you want to go more oldschool, The Door's - The End is pretty fatalistic, and there's always Metallica - Fade To Black. Feel free to include any other songs on the topic, queue them all up back to back, and try not to get depressed.

Edit - I am deeply ashamed I didn't include Blue Oyster Cult - Don't Fear The Reaper on this list. Always include don't fear the reaper.

The damage is before their (branded) scythe, so when I play Crawl I make sure to fear the reapers. Probably the scariest thing in Tomb.

Ah, but then you have failed the koan! You see, the reason you don't fear the reaper is NOT because it's harmless - it's because it will in fact kill you, and take you with it. But this is okay - death comes to us all, either before or after we take the orb of zot. On My Side shares some similarities - the narrator has a lot of regrets and was certainly a flawed individual, but they nevertheless recognize that it is their time to move on, and that lingering behind will only hurt those around them. When it is time to move on, it is time to move on.
