Ctrl Blink - gone?

I apologize if this has been asked recently, or if it is easy to find, but I used both google and the search engine and could not find the answer.

What has happened to Controlled Blink in the latest developmental build [June 28th, 2015 as of writing]? I can find pages on Controlled Teleport, but I've seen nothing on Controlled Blink - all the pages I found were old and had nothing to do with my question.

I found the Book of the Warp on my current character, and both Controlled Blink and Controlled Teleport were gone. Were either moved to a different book, or are both gone now? I think Tele may be gone, from what I've read, but I'm scratching my head about Blink.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Ctrl Blink - gone?

Controlled teleport is gone, controlled blink is still available. You can use ?/s in game to see description of spells.

Re: Ctrl Blink - gone?

Controlled Blink moved from the book of the Warp to the Akashic Record (the Tloc equivalent to Annihilations, Necronomicon etc).

Re: Ctrl Blink - gone?

With singularity gone I find it hard to consider akashic record equal to annihilations/necronomicon etc :P But yes, controlled blink is decently more rare than it used to be a few versions ago, although I don't know the exact probabilities. It's also somewhat better with the removal of -Ctele, so that's possibly justified.

Akashic record: 2 useful spells
Necronomicon: 3 useful spells
Grand Grimoire: 2 useful spells
Book of Annihilations: 1 useful spell

Seems pretty well in line to me.

on that note it's weird that grand grimoire still gives greater demon but no longer gives a way to abjure it, makes that spell even more useless... especially since it now gives monstrous instead which is like any other summoning spell but then better?

I've got to ask; which one? LCS?

I certainly got good usage out of chain lightning. It one-shots non-resisting dragons, etc.

I'm guessing he means Poison Arrow

Poison arrow it is. Only 6th level, great range, doesn't touch your HPs, silent, normally deadly and useful even against rPois.
