How to post character dumps?

Guys, how do I post a morgue file from pastebin into one of those lovely neat text boxes? I knew how to do it afew months ago when I was in the middle of my last crawl binge, but have completely forgotten again.

Spent about 15 minutes of frustrated googling there with no answer, then thought, hold on, these guys know this!

Also, in the future, if you're wondering how another poster posted something, you can use the quote feature to begin a reply, just as a way of getting the information. In the reply editor, the quoted text will display the code used to make it appear that way in the thread.
