crawl-tiles not starting on lubuntu 11.04

Hello,

I just installed crawl-tiles to lubuntu 11.04 and its not starting up.

It gives error: Failed to set vieo mode: Couldn't find matching GLX visual.

I am running on resolution 1024 x 768 x 16bit (old laptop).

I tried to change stuff in tiles_options.txt but it seems to not have any effect.

Graphic driver is working fine and non-tiles version starts nice.

Soo, any help?

Sounds like you need to enable glx in X11. Does glxgears work?

GLXGears does work with ~500 fps. Also tested with FreeCIV (SDL) and it worked.

I checked the source and it seems 16 bits colour depth isn't supported. Sorry :(
