What you've made here is basically a troll with a bit of ghoul, gargoyle, and merfolk mixed in.
The major thing is that species mostly distinguished by aptitudes aren't very good. More and more have been getting removed lately - Sludge Elves and Mountain dwarves are gone, and there have been serious suggestions to remove Halflings, High Elves, and Tengu. I guess innate mutations might be enough since gargoyles got in, but those were made by an established member of the dev team and took several tries to get right, finally getting a special AC gain mechanic.
I think Wild Magic and Scream as innate mutations would be interesting, but it would need some modifications to support it. For example, an extremely high stealth aptitude to make stabbing appealing despite Scream 1.
Also, your species as written would be sorta insanely overpowered, but that's not really an issue right now.
Species work best if they have an extremely interesting and unique mechanic behind them, like
