Reorganize spell list

I once stumbled on the command to reorganize my memorized spells, allowing me to change the spell's number. For instance, if Sting was spell 'b', I could change it to spell 'a' instead.

For the life of me, I cannot remember what command it was or which screen I was in when I executed it. Anyone know?
