Is there a possibility to watch replays of games, which were played by expirienced players? The character guides on CrawlWiki contain not enough information, I'd like to watch replays. Unfortunetely, there are not many 'let's plays' on Youtube.

There are also lots of youtube videos of replays and various guides or branch tours, some lasting two hours or more.

lol ok, i wouldnt know, i never watched any of them.. i prefer to die over and over and over again on my own learning curve =P

IRC is not easy for me. I'd like to know, it is worth to study or not. The qeustion is can I watch the replays in the tiled version or only in the text version? I even tried to connect to channel, but I could not use any !lg commands because for this I need to spend at least several hours to study IRC. But anyway, thank you for your help.

Sorry that I'm not smart enough, I need your help.
I connected to ##crawl and even tried !lg * max=sc, but nothing happend. Please describe how to download ANY one replay (ttyrecs), after that I'll figure out what to do later.

after you typed that command, Sequell (a bot) should have said something about Sapher, the NaWz. Instead message Sequell privately, since this command will create a lot of spam:
!lg * max=sc -ttyrec

Sequell will reply with a directory and a bunch of files, go there and download the files.

Anyway u wont be able to watch a game like in webtiles. Even if u use ttyrec player. Sad actually

Actually, I should have known only two links to download replays, and it is much, MUCH easier than using the IRC channel or things like this.
The first one is http://crawl.develz.org/ttyrecs/*********/, you only need to substitute ******** for a players name.
The second one is http://crawl.akrasiac.org/scoring/ just to know whos replays are worth to watch.
