Strange art for orc followers

Playing a priest of beogh, and the art of my followers keeps changing to these randart-looking things. I originally thought it was something cast by priests or wizards, but it seems to happen even when my party is only melee. Pressing esc solves the problem for a turn or two, but it always starts up again. It is very cofusing, especially during fights, so a fix would be great.

That's a known bug when you have too many followers.
