0.11 console does not show health of monsters

If you pay attention, the list of monsters on sight had always contained a color indicator which 0.11 currently lacks, even when the hobgoblin is wounded nothing appears. I really dislike this. I have edited the option in init.txt enemy_hp_colour but still nothing appears. Is it something wrong or this has been removed for some reason ?

I think this is a very important resource when you cannot tell if the monster has full health or it is almost dead. It is also useful to measure the effectiveness of your hits and to estimate if you need to give the last blow or to run, for example. I do not want to e(x)plore each monster on sight to see its health if I have space to see it in the console.

I compiled 0.11.0 myself and I have the indicator like the first example. Maybe you have some leftover configuration file messing up something?

I've downloaded the zip windows console version as usual. With the unzip files untouched the indicator is still not there.

I noticed this, and posted in the trunk 0.11 thread, when I downloaded the trunk version 0.11_b0, the _a0 versions I have display the monster HP

Have you unzipped it in a directory containing an older version?

First time, yes. Second time no. Third time I moved it to another folder and still does not display anything when unzipped.

Yeah, I have this issue as well! It's terribly annoying! In fact, I made this account just to report it. Hopefully they can fix it soon. :)

EDIT: has the problem been fixed? Not sure where to look to see if it has

The trunk builds on http://crawl.develz.org/trunk/ already contain the fix; it hasn't been ported to 0.11 yet, though.
