Crash after update (packer's mistake not crawls)

Hello all,

I was just busy with a bug report when I realized that I don't have the /usr/share/stone-soup-tile/ dir anymore after upgrading from 0.8 to 0.9.
The only place where this issue can be is in my HomeDir. But I don't see any configuration file for changing the /usr/share/stone-soup-tile to /usr/share/crawl
Where should I be to fix this so my two chars get unfrozen again?

Report:

Lua error: /usr/share/stone-soup-tile/dat/des/portals/sewer.des:819: unknown
monster: "megabat" x25
Lua error: /usr/share/stone-soup-tile/dat/des/portals/sewer.des:1080: unknown
monster: "megabat" x25
Lua error: /usr/share/stone-soup-tile/dat/des/portals/sewer.des:484: unknown
monster: "megabat" x25

Crawl crashes and gives me console output:
cocytus% crawl
Lua error: /usr/share/stone-soup-tile/dat/des/sprint/sprint_mu.des:11: Can't find "clua/sprint.lua"
Lua error: /usr/share/stone-soup-tile/dat/des/tutorial/tutorial_lesson4.des:10: Can't find "clua/tutorial.lua"
Lua error: /usr/share/stone-soup-tile/dat/des/portals/ziggurat.des:8: Can't find "clua/ziggurat.lua"
Unable to generate level for 'Sewer'!

I've got two saves now that have this issue.
Running on:
cocytus% pacman -Ss sdl | grep installed ; pacman -Ss lua | grep installed ; uname -a ; lspci | grep VGA
extra/sdl 1.2.14-10 [installed: 1.2.14-9]
extra/sdl_image 1.2.10-2 [installed]
extra/sdl_mixer 1.2.11-2 [installed]
extra/sdl_net 1.2.7-4 [installed]
extra/sdl_sound 1.0.3-3 [installed]
extra/sdl_ttf 2.0.10-1 [installed]
extra/smpeg 0.4.4-6 [installed]
extra/lua 5.1.4-9 [installed]
Linux cocytus 3.1.5-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat Dec 10 14:43:09 CET 2011 x86_64 Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux
02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation C79 [GeForce G102M] (rev b1)

Where should have and take a look?

Seconding this, I also have enountered the same problem. I'm admittedly quite new to Linux, so I wasn't sure if it was a result of my own actions, or an issue with the installation.
