i hold down tab for sometimes less than 10 seconds and the game crashes forcing me to refresh page every half minute

What happens is you are sending so many inputs that the crawl process takes up 100% CPU trying to process them and becomes unresponsive, which causes the webtiles server to kill the process after a short delay. This also affects the responsiveness of other players on the server, so try not to do that any more.
