Window mode

Am i blind? Where do i change the game to window mode?
Everywhere i look ppl say to look in the init.txt and change the lines: # tile_full_screen = true, # tile_window_width = 102, # tile_window_height = 768 but i cant find them there. They are not there. Did a newer version chaged something?
