Cannot access game on CAO

Hello ... I have one of my best games going on CAO, but each time I try to log in and play, I get the following message:


Another game is already in progress using this save!
Hit any key to exit...

Not only cannot access this game, but I cannot start a new one ... Perhaps I can delete it from the A)dvanced menu, but I'd rather not, as this character is very special!

So ... in order to be able to play again, I tried deleting the game from the advanced menu, but that option doesn't seem to work ... any clue how I can either get my game back, or delete it?

I think your best bet might be to try and contact rax on IRC. I've seen people mention similar issues on CDO and Napkin's fixed them somehow, at least. No idea what the actual issue is, though, sorry.
