spell menu

Hi
in the 0.8, if i remember correclty, was a "quickbar" for spells that was permanenty visible. I thought this bar is visible or not depending on whether i play a spellcaster or not. However, after long time of playing melees and switching back to spellcasters this menu didnt appear anymore :(
did i mess up some option? any ideas?

It doesn't depend on backround but on spell memorised. And some backgrounds (like transmuter and skald) don't start with any spell memorised. It will show up when you memorise your first spell. If it doesn't check the tile_layout_priority option. It also depends on the window size.
<+Grunt> You dereference an invalid pointer! Ouch! That really hurt! The game dies...
