how to force more for portals?

I've googled and searched this forum and read the options guide, but I can't figure out how to have a force_more_message for portals. I tried entering text I thought would work but it never happens, and I keep coming across collapsed portals I didn't know were there, or noticing the yellow text when they've nearly collapsed. That's not fun.

Here's ones to stop you when you see the entryway. You can probably guess how to extend this to handle the other messages (hint: just check "you hear the")

force_more_message += Found a glowing drain
