The individual files are there:

It's possible that someone registered "HilariousDeathArtist" on CXC before HDA got a chance to, I guess, or he just forgot to change that file.

Oh, hmm, I did check a few others quickly and hit 5 or 6 that were blank, and assumed they all were, strange stuff.
