I believe the CAO scoring database was last rebuilt after CSN went offline, and the CSN entries in the config were blanked out to avoid having to wait for a timeout each time (edit: finish sentence). However, we still have the local cache of the last versions of the milestones/logfiles files, and greensnark (who originally wrote the scoring scripts) showed me how to have it load the data from the cache without trying the server.
