no longer stopping autoexplore for new Staircases

I don't know if this is a bug so I'm posting here first.

In the latest trunk versions (currently using 0.22-a0-815 offline on Win10), it seems that autoexplore is no longer stopping for some newly found staircases.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Re: no longer stopping autoexplore for new Staircases

I've only been using auto-explore sporadically since my OP...and it is still happening.
I've looked at the commits and Pull Requests and haven't seen anything that could account for this.

The only thing I remember changing is the auto-pickup of misc items so that Phantom Mirrors are picked up automatically
...as per this bug report (that wasn't a bug after all):
https://crawl.develz.org/mantis/view.php?id=11518&nbn=1#bugnotes

Since I'm playing a FoAK and I like to visit the level below of any staircase going down asap in case I need to shaft, any help or feedback is appreciated even if it is just Nay.

Re: no longer stopping autoexplore for new Staircases

I reset the changes I had done to my recognized items list and the auto-explore is still not stopping at newly found staircases. :?
It's also not stopping at newly found shops.
I tried reinstalling: crawl_setup-0.22-a0-815-gb582571.exe
...but to no avail.

I'll try an older version since I only started noticing it a few days ago.
