Necromutation Autoexplore config

Hey, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but anyways, I'm getting really sick of suddenly coming back to life from Necromutation while autoexploring. I tried googling for help, and fiddled around with the config files for about 15 minutes, but to no avail; can anyone help me with a command to stop autoexplore when the transformation is almost over?
