How to change the language?

Hi guys,
I just downloaded the new build because I wanted to come back to DCSS after a break of a few months, and now there are some German descriptions in the game for me.
Although it is no problem for me to understand the text, I would really rather play in the original English setting.
Where can I change it, the only thing I found is

in the init.txt, but I do not know what to change there.

(without the #; that marks a comment)

Where is that, though?
I cannot find it in any file in the settings tab, the only "language" I find in any file in the settings file is in init.txt, and there only in comments.

You can paste that line anywhere in init.txt.

Most people just modify the comment though:
