Crawl on Ubuntu

Hi there,

Could anyone please provide step-by-step instructions on how to install Crawl on Ubuntu? I'm a newcomer to the Ubuntu scene and I'm still trying to figure out the basics, such as installing stuff and controlling the urge to get back to Windows 7 asap... Hope that didn't sound too much of a n00b.

the instructions on the front site are pretty self-explanatory:

you can also just open a terminal and type "sudo apt-get install crawl" (or crawl-tiles), but you'll probably get an older build (0.8 on my system).

Absolutego, feeling really dumb here, but please check if this is correct:
1. add deb http://crawl.develz.org/debian crawl 0.10 line to /etc/apt/sources.list
2. on terminal type "sudo apt-get install crawl"

Will this get me the latest build? It's the one I'd like to have.

This will get you 0.10, i.e. the latest stable version. If you want the unstable builds, replace 0.10 by trunk in the deb line.
