Regenerate and Slow Metabolism mutations coexisting

I observe that in 0.13 the regenerate and slow metabolism mutations can coexist, contrary to the wiki page.

ie:
Your natural rate of healing is unusually fast.
You have a slow metabolism.

(I got them from potions of beneficial mutation.)

Is this working as intended?

Looks like that particular case can occur via "forced" mutation, which I think is what happens when you quaff that potion.

Please file this as a bug on Mantis. Even if this case isn't so bad, it still wasn't intentional, and there may be other cases where forcing the mutation is more of a problem.

e.g. having both herbivore and carnivore sounds like a rather poor situation....
