Haste interface improvement

I think it would be great to split Haste into Haste Self and Haste Other but treat it like delayed fireball where if you know one you can learn the other for free.

The biggest improvement would be not having to select a target every time you haste yourself (which I think is the majority of usage). Haste Other could also then be reduced to a level 5 spell or bumped to 7 or 8 and become Haste Allies, either of which would be great for a summoner even if you never found Haste Self.

You can macro haste to not require targeting.

I think it would be great to split Haste into Haste Self and Haste Other and make Haste Self a level 7 Charms/Hexes spell.

Re: Haste interface improvement

I had a though of making haste give an yellow amount of contamination, making it often used on others but rarely used on self. Alternatively the level of contamination is inversely proportional to the user's charm skill, meaning the player must invest heavily to self haste but not need a separate spell.
