Remove starting vault

I think some starting vaults are unreasonably hard. There is no place to pillar dance, there is no room to retreat, while moving around you are doing nothing but make monsters aware of your presence.

Thanks for the notice.

What if the vault came with a (white >) downstairs? I believe that knowing a sure way out is worth something -- no idea if it is enough to compensate the open area start. If there's no reply to this, and assuming I just don't forget, I'll add staircases to vaults like this one.
