Remove the reaching brand.

The reaching brand is rare, so one rarely sees it, but I don't care to. It isn't "dangerous" in any way, and takes up a space which could hold another brand, while a polearm does the same thing without taking up a brand. So it's a no brainer, really -- use a polearm or a different brand.

There are two ways to remedy this:
- 1. Make all demon whips and whips have an innate reaching brand
- 2. Remove the reaching brand altogether.

As implied by my title, I like option #2 more.

I think this has already been proposed/discussed by devs (option #2 that is), I think it's quite likely to happen eventually.
