An issue with webtiles chat

so, i have this repeat problem when trying to read chat on a smaller screen. the char background isnt opaque and so sometimes the chat and the map compeat for screen space and i cant read either. could we make the chat opaque so we can read it easy when its popped up.

unless someone can think of a good reason why not of course.
