This thread is for one-off design requests that should be quite short.

I'll start.

Rename "Snorg" to "Snorgy" so that the troll leather armor that comes from him is the "Snorgy" armor.

No. It just encourage posting ideas without taking the time to think them through. There's nothing wrong with posting simple request, but they can have their own thread. They'll probably be ignored anyway. Try posting them on ##crawl-dev, I bet you'll have more chance of seeing them implemented this way.
