UnIDs Enhancers spoiled by spell power display

I had ** spell power for freeze, then put on a ring, then checked spell power again, seeing only *. Yes, it was a ring of fire.

This seems problematic. Only spoiled players would know to check spell power. Either the ring should auto-ID or the spell power display should not reflect un-IDed enhancers.

I'm happy to Mantis this but I wasn't too sure so I though I'd check for comments here.

It does auto-ID. Cast a spell that is either improved or hindered by the ring, and it will auto-identify. If you have no such spells, then it's the same as any other resistance ring.

That sounds like a bug, yeah. Probably it wouldn't be that big a deal to just identify them on equip like the caster staves.

The rings now auto-id on equip.
