Have scrolls of identify self-annihilate once useless

As far as I can tell, in 0.27, all equipment auto-id's when you walk over it, so the only use of scrolls of identify is for potions and scrolls.
Once the player has identified the last potion/scroll, all scrolls of identify should disappear and no more should generate, as they are both useless and still auto-picked-up by default, thus becoming an active nuisance.
