Unrandarts in Bazaars

I assume the reason why unrandarts don't appear in the Abyss is because the player could be yanked away from them, and they would despawn, never to appear in the game again. This seems like a similar circumstance to where an unrandart can appear in a bazaar when the game hasn't generated enough gold to allow for its purchase, causing it to be unavoidably lost forever. Therefore, wouldn't it make sense to prevent unrandarts from being generated in bazaars?

That's not the reason that unrandarts don't appear in the Abyss (and in fact, if you leave an unrand in the Abyss it'll be marked as "lost in Abyss" and become eligible to generate in the Abyss again until you find it again and pick it back up).

That's interesting, so the Abyss is designed to prevent unrandarts from being permanently lost, but not in the way I thought.

Is there a similar feature to prevent unrandarts in bazaars from being permanently lost? Like, if the player exits the bazaar without purchasing them, they're eligible to be generated elsewhere?
