Suggest: Tab Opens Doors

If no monsters detected and autoloot is turned on,
then 'tab' opens adjacent doors.

Reason: This allows optimal autoexplore with only two buttons rather than nine, when using travel_open_doors = false

I think this fits the design philosophy too.

Edit: nvm, started using 'O' with minimal effort.
