Change the order of skills in the "m" screen (and elsewhere)

Specifically, swap Axes and M&F. Right now the order of skills is ... Axes, M&F, Polearms, Staves, ... . However, the crosstraining cycle is M&F <-> Axes <-> Polearms <-> Staves <-> M&F. Swapping Axes and M&F in the "m" screen will bring together the two systems into harmony.

f26638a71f. This also makes the order consistent with the aptitudes table columns.
