Remove Lee's Rapid Deconstruction from the Book of Burglary

This was pointed out to me on YT by Garin: LRD no longer has any business being in a book "containing many diverse spells useful for theft, breaking and entering, and other miscellaneous larceny".

The first thing I think of when I consider burglary is "explosions". I don't want to live in a world where people just trying to quietly steal some stuff from a place don't start by blowing a gaping hole in the wall!

I think you're unaware
of the commit which stopped Lee's Rapid Deconstruction from blowing holes in walls

Not quite enough to remove LRD from the Book of Burglary - we probably also need to rename it, as nothing gets deconstructed anymore. What about "Shrapnell"?
