Make Liquid Flames Deterministic

Like how poison was before it was made deterministic, being inflicted with liquid flames while low can be frustrating because it's hard to tell how much danger you're actually in. I just had a game where I successfully teleported away from an encounter at 30 health, only to be finished off by liquid flames. Even if the player is less likely to have a way to remove liquid flames (or at lease stave it off) than poison, it would still be nice to be able to see how much damage it will deal to get an idea of how much danger we're in when it's on us.
