One Fly for All Bardings plz!

I just got a naga barding of flying and a randart naga barding with +fly. The former has white flight, the latter has blue flight. I don't know if this is supposed to be added value, but it is quite strange. It would be better if all naga bardings gave the same kind of flight.

I'd take this a step farther and suggest that there probably only needs to be one kind of evocable flying in the game; either flyboots should give temporary flying or the other sources should give permanent flying.

I think that there should only be permanent flight from items and wings, and that potions of flight should be removed.

Script git to randomly permute which items give permaflight and which ones give temporary flight every hour to keep the player on their toes.

EDIT: For serious though, changing what items do randomly per-character doesn't seem like a half-bad idea offhand. Maybe in this one some potions are randomly more effective, stuff like that. The average duration of various potion/scroll effects could vary not just per-potion but also with random variation per-character.

Or remove bardings and let nagas and centaurs wear boots. Maybe let centaurs wear two sets of boots. Nagas just stick one boot on the tip of their tail but no need to add a new mechanic for that.

The only problem I can see with this are the lightning scales, which would make centaurs even faster. Although tbh they already are so fast, it would be a modest improvement.
