Change fsim Ctrl-f Skill Ranges

Currently the very useful Ctrl-f wizmode command creates an xy table of fighting vs weapon skill that uses the skills [1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23,25,27]. While this reports the maximum possible results with 27 skill, the rest of the skill levels are less useful than even numbers would be. Not only does weapon speed fall on the even skill levels, but also the results of zero skill are useful for book starts who haven't started training any weapon skill and/or Fighting. Thus I suggest that the axes of this table be changed to [0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22,24,26] or [...,24,26,27] if that latter is important.
