FR: Display the amount of possible exclamation points

When pressing '@' the game should display the maximum amount of "!" you can get i.e. approximation of your possible max. damage.

We have such approximation with spellpower, and the game already displays the "!" every time you hit.

Also, examining the weapon in question should display the "!" for you, so you could compare different weapons without equipping them (*Contam comes to mind).
