Add an inscription for not picking up an item

...that could be used for unidentified items. If I'm sure or almost sure a certain type of potions is degeneration (I either identified all other common potions or I found it in a vault where I know there's degeneration), I don't want to either waste a scroll of identify or pick it up anymore, but I can't exclude it from autopickup until I identify it. I can only exclude all unknown potions.

So please an inscription like maybe !g to automatically not pick up the inscribed type of item, especially since the reverse inscription, =g, already exists.

Usage:
- unidentified potions of degeneration
- thrown ammo/needle brands you don't care about on a particular character but don't want to exclude completely from your .rc file

I'd say such vaults just shouldn't exist. It's pure spoileriness with no redeeming quality. Vaults that are guaranteed (or even just more likely) to have a specific unidentified item shouldn't exist. If an item in a vault is guaranteed to have a certain property (specific potion or scroll, or weapon or armor with a specific ego), it should generate identified.
