Give full notice of implied resistances

A monsters wears a glowing piece of armour and is hit with poison/curare needles. If the glowing armour gives rPois, you get [/b]NO[/b] message. The monster information does not update, and you actually have to read the message and know what it means that you dont get "X is slowed".

Since monster-used potion ID has been a thing for a while, it seems fitting to make other implied/character-observed information accessible to the player.

That spider unique is always carrying a staff of poison, which makes her always resistant to poison, but x-v doesn't show that she resists poison.

She isn't always carrying a staff of poison, she's only carrying it she hasn't found something to replace it with, same as every other monster capable of picking up items. Plus, Tukima's a thing (and so is Xom).
