make riposte chances sensitive to weapon delay

Specifically, I suggest .25 * (1/delay).
This would yield about a 36% chance in the normal case (regular weapons at mindelay)--a slight increase but not enough to matter. However, it would also extend the benefits of fast weapons (which under the current system obviously don't apply, imo arbitrarily) while limiting the effectiveness of big, slow weapons for the unskilled. Fencer's gloves would double the chance for long blades as normal.
