also, refrain from making scrolls "r", potions "q", ect ect.

That would be great! I have a shaking problem with my hands, it's not so bad, but my keyboard is delicate! So I fat finger things a lot. Adjusting it works, but sometimes I forget, and it's not usually a problem until I mess up a potion petition.

If you play offline, add it to init.txt into settings directory of your crawl folder.
If you play online, there is usually a "edit the settings file" link on crawl page, just click it and paste the content into form.
