TRUNK Animate skeleton - did something happen?

TRUNK Animate skeleton - did something happen?

I'm playing Trunk (crawl_tiles-0.9-b1-10) and I'm a Necromancer.

Spellcasting: 2
Necromancy: 6
Intelligence: 16

I used to go over corpses (in just the last iteration!), cast Animate Skeleton and I'd get chunks and an animated skeleton.
Now I'm just getting chunks and an unanimated skeleton. I then have to cast Animate skeleton again.

Did something change?

Looks like a bug which could have been introduced by the refactoring I made of the spellcasting functions. Will look into it, thanks for reporting.
<+Grunt> You dereference an invalid pointer! Ouch! That really hurt! The game dies...

I would have really liked this in a recent game in which Oka gifted me a vampiric demon trident :P

I try to ask here before I create an unnecessary bug in the tracker. Didn't know if the change was intentional, but I hadn't seen any discussion.
