Display relative piety cost of divine abilities

Problem. It is unclear how many times "small" cost diving abilities can be used instead of using "large" cost ability.
For example, Qazlal's Upheaval and Disaster Area deal the same amount of damage from a single strike while Upheaval costs 3-5 piety and Disaster Area costs 10-15 piety. So if you have time to invoke Upheaval twice and kill the monster, it is cheaper piety-wise.

Solution. Display piety cost in this format. 3-5 is meaningful even if player does not know about 200 piety range, it is relative cost of different abilities we are interested in.
Underestimated: cleaving, Deep Elf, Formicid, Vehumet, EV
Overestimated: AC, GDS

Yes, clearly this would be better. No, it won't happen because numbers = the devil(according to some).

Also, display invocation current power vs max power, similarly to how spellpower is displayed.
