Chance of failure when wretched stars mutate undead

Since the removal of HP rot for undead when affected by mutation effects, wretched stars have become extremely annoying for undead characters who quickly stack large amounts of stat loss. In a recent mummy game, a single encounter with a wretched star made me lose ten total stat points, and they appear too often in the abyss to be able to counteract the loss through exp gain even when you try to avoid them. It would cause much less annoyance if:

- There was a chance of failure for affecting undead with corrupting pulse
- Being affected by mutation did a small amount of direct HP damage to undead in addition to reduced stat loss

Seems simpler to make temporary mutation attempts not affect undead at all.

As of 2439ae934 temporary mutations now have a 50% chance of doing nothing to undead.
