Let Trog Burn Manuals of Spell Skills

While we're on the topic of Trog and books, here is a suggestion for the case that the status quo is retained going forward. Today my GrBe found a manual of Spellcasting, which was in red text in webtiles, but attempting to burn it complained that no spellbooks were available. I think manuals of spell skills ought to be flammable, since the game is already telling me Trog doesn't like it. It's clearly a book flavorwise, even if it isn't a "book" book inventory-wise.

Trog shouldn't allow you to use manuals at all. Trog would burn the manual, and he'd use brute force to get his ikea furniture put together.
